Shipping

Shipping costs are, and have been, a major concern. We realize that some small orders might actually have the customer paying more for ground shipping through a major carrier than for actually purchasing a product. Obviously, when that happens no one is happy.

Shipping costs are determined by four factors: package weight, package dimensions, destination zip code, and whether the destination address is a residential or commercial address. Weight is always rounded up to the next pound, so if your order weight 1 lb. and 4 oz. you pay for two pounds of freight. Carriers charge more to deliver to a home than to a business, so if possible have packages shipped to a business address. It will save you money every time.

If you prefer the most economical shipping method possible please explain your preference to our customer service staff. Depending on weight restrictions, we will bypass our usual major carrier and send your package via the U.S. Postal Service. Note: On all packages sent by mail the customer assumes the risk of package delivery.

Without question, the best thing you can do to hold down shipping costs is to plan ahead. Major carrier ground shipping is expensive, but expediting delivery using two-day or overnight service multiplies the cost, often exponentially. Try to order weeks before you need an item(s).

We work to provide solid value for our customer's at the most reasonable price we can negotiate for each item. Our goal is to provide you with a quality product for a reasonable price.

 

Merchandise Return Policy

We try very hard to process every shipment to the exact specifications of the customer, yet we understand customers do have occasional problems with mail-order goods. If you experience difficulty with the size, fit or quality of an item purchased from our office contact us immediately!

ALL product returns must be accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice. All return items must be received by Big League Connection in new, saleable condition & unworn, unwashed and unused. We do not accept return of customized merchandise. When ordering custom embroidered items please make sure of your size.

If the original shipment was packed accurately - product, size and color ordered - the customer is responsible for return shipping charges and, in the case of an exchange, for new outgoing shipping charges.

Product returns and exchanges must occur within 10 days of the original shipping date.

Special Orders

We're more than happy to assist you with any special needs, whether related to size, color, or an item from one of our suppliers that is not part of our on line store. Please discuss your needs with us at Big League Connection at 920-993-1230. Under most circumstances there will be an additional set up charge for processing a special order in addition to the normal price of the product. We cannot accept return of any customized or special order item.
